In OMAP4, MMC1 PBIAS and its associated IO is software-controlled
by CONTROL_PBIAS and CONTROL_MMC1 registers. This patch adds PBIAS
configuration for MMC1 Controller during power-ON and power-OFF
of regulator.

AM3517/05 has few additional control module registers to control
the new IP's, like VPFE, USBOTG, CPGMAC.
This patch adds the bit defination for INTR_CLR and SW_RST control
register.

The OMAP35x family has multiple variants differing
in the HW features. This patch detects these features
at runtime and prints information during the boot.
Since most of the code seemed repetitive, macros
have been used for readability.

Move the remaining headers under plat-omap/include/mach
to plat-omap/include/plat. Also search and replace the
files using these headers to include using the right path.
