Viresh Kumar 0b443ead71 cpufreq: remove unused notifier: CPUFREQ_{SUSPENDCHANGE|RESUMECHANGE} ... Two cpufreq notifiers CPUFREQ_RESUMECHANGE and CPUFREQ_SUSPENDCHANGE have not been used for some time, so remove them to clean up code a bit.
