1ab822fa91 Update to 4.16: 
Version 4.14: fixed several characters; various small fixes.

   Version 4.16: added 87 and fixed a dozen of characters; added information fir the known bugs.

f1bccfe11b * Remove "Terminus Font -" from COMMENT. 
* Remove USE_PKGLOCALEDIR.
* Doesn't have a _GNU_ configure script, so remove GNU_CONFIGURE (twice!)
  and use HAS_CONFIGURE.
* Use fonts.mk for automatic fonts.dir handling.
