Shared directories can now be created independently by the pacakges
needing them and will be removed automatically by pkg_delete when empty.
Packages needing empty directories can use the @pkgdir command in PLIST.

This package is not finished, and is marked BROKEN!
QT >= 4.2 is required, and pkgsrc is still at 4.1
it will not yet build, and as such, the PLIST is probably not right.
without affecting packages that are currently using it.
Packages which previously didn't set BUILDLINK_DEPMETHOD to neither "full" nor
"build" now set it to "full", but should be checked whether they really need it
(comment added). Packages which previously set it to "build" now don't set it
anymore.
