Added patch from mu-conference list correctging issue with the removal of

XEP-0203 presense stanza elements. mu-conference was adding both
XEP-0091 and XEP-0203, but only removing XEP-0091 elements. This causes
problems with several clients, such as pidgin. By Garrett Kuchta of UMN.edu.

Testing/development edition of chat/mu-conference.

A new version, 0.7 has been available for over a year, so
I'm going to debug it here, and then ask it be imported into the
mainline trees.
