PKGLOCALEDIR and which install their locale files directly under
${PREFIX}/${PKGLOCALEDIR} and sort the PLIST file entries. From now
on, pkgsrc/mk/plist/plist-locale.awk will automatically handle
transforming the PLIST to refer to the correct locale directory.
It also helps develop important keyboard and mouse skills. It is
intended for children ages two and up.
It is based on Larry's Learning Letters and Numbers.
This package also includes Colin Ligertwood's Wav Tools for sound
playback. (It can also be used for recording audio.)
