Jeremy C. Reed	03157c5f9f	Update to 1.1.99.3 (development not official). Note this package ... won't build due to some missing data files in tarball. Uses gmake and perl. Set the --localstatedir. Set some BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS to required versions for a few dependencies. Include MesaLib also. Add actual PLIST (was empty before). Remove patch-aa -- this should be in upstream already.
