SDL port changes unknown, the usual MAME improvements and added games.
(This is the first time I got sdlmame to work under NetBSD, on an
amd64 -current using 110% CPU on a dual-core (with software
rendering).) Yea!

MACHINE_ENDIAN is little, not little-endian.
...
Fixes ``stuck on first frame'' bug on little-endian machines.
It's still unusably slow without hardware rendering.
