This is metatheme, a way of managing "theme sets" that accomodate
gtk, your window manager, etc etc.
Basic Usage:
There is a capplet to select/apply themes.
To install a new theme (or one you've created):
* if it is a tarball untar into ~/.metathemes
* if it is a directory copy it into ~/.metathemes
Themes can also be installed in $prefix/share/metathemes
