64bfcf7b60 Catch up to modern pkginstall framework: USE_PKGINSTALL has been dead
for a while now, and *_EXTRA_TMPL are generally not needed anymore.

2c1cc3dceb Ran pkglint --autofix over the complete pkgsrc-wip. This changed all
instances like MAKE_ENV+= VAR=${VAR} to the properly quoted form,
VAR=${VAR:Q}, or even VAR=${VAR:M*:Q} if necessary.

Manually reviewed the changes.

7cd5218772 RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR is no longer customizable.
And always is defined as share/examples/rc.d
which was the default before.

This rc.d scripts are not automatically added to PLISTs now also.
So add to each corresponding PLIST as required.

This was discussed on tech-pkg in late January and late April.

Not all of these packages have been tested.

Todo: remove the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR uses in MESSAGES and elsewhere
and remove the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR itself.

771d363791 RCD_SCRIPTS now automatically registers the rc.d scripts in the PLIST.
So remove etc/rc.d/ entry from PLIST.

This also helps because some users have custom RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR
which doesn't match etc/rc.d/.

4ce665cee5 added BUILD_DEF for PYZOR_USE_RAZOR and _PYZOR,
fixed typos (s/database/databases/) making SPAMASSASSIN_USE_MYSQL
work (at least installing the dependencies, wip!).

10c1229095 SpamAssassin(tm) is a mail filter to identify spam (CVS-snapshot)
Using its rule base, it uses a wide range of heuristic tests on mail
headers and body text to identify "spam", also known as unsolicited
commercial email.

See the following URL for more information for changes and new features
of this version of SpamAssassin from CVS.
