Don't create pid files in ${VARBASE}/run/bacula -- NetBSD, for one, removes
all files and subdirectories of ${VARBASE}/run at startup.
Install binaries with mode 755, not 750.
Bump PKGREVISION.

Update to latest release, 1.34.6 (too many changes since 1.32f to list here).
pkgsrc-specific changes:
Use sqlite backend for now. Provide rc.d scripts.
Builds and runs on FreeBSD 5.2.1, Red Hat Linux AS 2.1, 3.0.
