This server is now basically ready for import pending review of
non-x86 architecture-specific patches which I am not familiar with.

using NetBSD-current (with userland atomic ops)! Again: Please, please
ensure you are using updated graphics/MesaLib and patched x11/libdrm
packages before reporting any bugs to me!

NOTE: Insofar as I can tell, the "mouse pointer does the jig when using

These days an xorg server can require so many patches that I gave up on
maintaining them in pkgsrc; I use stgit. It's really a great tool, and
saying a lot because I despise git. ;)

into os-support/bsd. Add patches for:
--Problem with gcc 4.x -O2 + vgahw
--Extra modes (from redhat)
--Mesa to synchronize with what will become 7.0.2 (MesaLib-dri package
coming soon).

It depends upon wip/pixman, which should install OK.
NOTE: all dependencies of this package also depend upon pixman, so make
sure to use the included buildlink3.mk file or otherwise buildlink
in these dependencies. Also, you will need to use the GIT version
of xf86-input-keyboard to get the required header files. I'll try to
have a package here of that soon. I'm using this package now, and
it's quite stable--including DRI.
The dbus backend is untested.
