4ce665cee5 added BUILD_DEF for PYZOR_USE_RAZOR and _PYZOR,
fixed typos (s/database/databases/) making SPAMASSASSIN_USE_MYSQL
work (at least installing the dependencies, wip!).

138dfd0a51 set NO_CHECKSUM=YES due to nature of this pkg,
changed PERL5_REQD to 5.6.1 as even this version is known to work,
added SPAMASSASSIN_USE_PYZOR switch to enable dependancy on Pyzor (wip!),
reverted changes to SPAMASSASSIN_NET_TESTS switch, stupid me,
reverted to MESSAGE from base,
updated TODO file;
many thanks to heinz@NetBSD.org for review and comments.

10c1229095 SpamAssassin(tm) is a mail filter to identify spam (CVS-snapshot)
Using its rule base, it uses a wide range of heuristic tests on mail
headers and body text to identify "spam", also known as unsolicited
commercial email.
