Version upgraded from 3.6.1 to latest 4.2.1
...
Changed from being just a Java IDE to full "Classic" IDE. URL changed accordingly.
This version has some perl and python modules. REPLACE_* added accordingly.
Normal updates to distinfo and PLIST for above change.
