37f83ea08f Strip ${PKGLOCALEDIR} from PLISTs of packages that already obey
PKGLOCALEDIR and which install their locale files directly under
${PREFIX}/${PKGLOCALEDIR} and sort the PLIST file entries. From now
on, pkgsrc/mk/plist/plist-locale.awk will automatically handle
transforming the PLIST to refer to the correct locale directory.

64bfcf7b60 Catch up to modern pkginstall framework: USE_PKGINSTALL has been dead
for a while now, and *_EXTRA_TMPL are generally not needed anymore.

7cd5218772 RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR is no longer customizable.
And always is defined as share/examples/rc.d
which was the default before.

This rc.d scripts are not automatically added to PLISTs now also.
So add to each corresponding PLIST as required.

This was discussed on tech-pkg in late January and late April.

Not all of these packages have been tested.

Todo: remove the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR uses in MESSAGES and elsewhere
and remove the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR itself.

790261d555 Add rc.d script based on NetBSD's ypbind,v 1.5.
This needs to be tested more.

Please note: I didn't add to PLIST -- the install is automated,
so the file registration should be automated too.

Import again.

ypbind-mt is a complete new implementation of a NIS binding daemon
for Linux and Solaris. It supports ypbind protocol V1 and V2, supports
multiple domain bindings, uses threads for better response, supports
/var/yp/binding/* file, supports a list of known secure NIS servers
(etc/yp.conf), and binds to the server which answers first.

ypbind is used to setup an NIS client.
