90d227ea69 Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days. 
Mark packages that don't or might probably not have staged installation.

dad67ae7c4 Import enigmail-0.96.0 as wip/enigmail. 
Enigmail is a security extension to Mozilla Thunderbird and Seamonkey.
It integrates the renowned OpenPGP standard provided by GnuPG.

Sending and receiving encrypted and digitally signed email gets just
simple using Enigmail.

* Note:
* I can't get this to work on NetBSD 5.99.11 amd64, thunderbird hangs
* regularly. Perhaps this is related to:
*   https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=19263
