ICC .sh scripts needs to have subsituted <INSTALDIR>!

Someone with IA64 - please check if this is useable there.

Messages about bogus conflicts: propably require changes in rpm2pkg.

Homework: compile a kernel with it! (FreeBSD folks did that, Google for
details)
