suggest to libvorbis developers to allow configure option
to set docdir (so can add "html/")

pkglint complains:
FATAL: version number part of PKGNAME looks illegal. You should modify "-${PKGVER}"
WARN: "BUILD_DEPENDS" has to appear earlier in Makefile
