Update to use modular x.org version (release candidate 2)
instead of deprecated xlibs. No changes listed here --
is a work in progress.

Comment out or remove buildlink includes for libX11 and threads.
Add buildlink include for xproto and xtrans.

Add comment to PLIST.

Remove some includes from buildlink3.mk file.
Just include libICE.
