PREFIX. Buildlink pthread and libuuid. Add options.mk file to support the
alsa, ffmpeg, gsm, ilbc, openssl, samplerate, sdl2, speex, v4l2, and x264
PKG_OPTIONS. Add buildlink3.mk file for static libraries. Trim TODO. Add
patch to fix portability failure in CONFIGURE_SCRIPT. Regenerate PLIST and
distinfo. No ChangeLog/NEWS provided with package, but changes can be
