Michal Pasternak 71de6179a0 Re-import of package "ab" created by Jeremy C. Reed.

Changes introduced:
- make it build on FreeBSD-4-STABLE
- make it install
- change name to "apachebench2" 
- set names of installed binary to "apachebench2" and "apachebench"
- remove conflicts (we do not conflict anything now)
- change PLIST
- add notifies in TODO, remove things already done
- MAINTAINER added

 ApacheBench is the Apache HTTP server benchmarking tool.  This
 command-line testing tool gives an indication of how many requests
 per second your Apache installation can serve.
 This tool (called ab) is also available in the regular Apache packages:
 www/apache, www/apache2, and www/apache6.
