Changes since 0.11: * New parser frontend script (gapi-parser) that uses an XML input file to specify options for better extensibility. (MK) * Code Generator now accepts outdir, customdir, and assembly-name arguments to allow more control over the generation process and directory structure. * Gtk.HTML now lives in its own gtkhtml-sharp assembly, allowing us to make it depend on gnome-sharp.dll and activate the printing api. * Restructured build to distribute generation into the assembly dirs, making for more compact rebuilds.
