Filip Hajny 1793157d2c Updated sphinxsearch to 0.9.9. 
One year worth of changes. Most notable ones:

  * Index merging is now much more stable.
  * Sphinx now has official IANA assigned ports, 9312 for native API
    and 9306 for SphinxQL.
