- added libdvb/libcddb/libcdio. The latter makes the vcdx plugin work on NetBSD (maybe anyBSD ;) - made the CSS support conditional, because of the legal stuff around libdvdcss - use the tar.bz2 instead of the .tar.gz - update the TODO (/dev/dsp issue, vcd update)
