Changes: - Added a "--cpp" option for drop-in compatibility with standard cpp. It causes cpphs to accept standard cpp flags and translate them to cpphs equivalents. Compatibility options include: -o, -ansi, -traditional, -stdc, -x, -include, -P, -C, -CC, -A.
