Update MAINTAINER to my NetBSD.org address. Change DESCR to not exclude the newer non-ATSC models Changes since 20081213: * Adjust SNQ color thresholds to better match hardware scale. * Replace use of strcpy with strncpy. * Add support for executing startup script on TECH hardware. * Report overflow errors when using the hdhomerun_config save command. * Fix loop delay handling in the hdhomerun_config save command that was causing overflow errors on some systems. * Add support for single integer virtual channel numbers. * Add lockkey support to hdhomerun_config. * Cleaner exit handling for hdhomerun_config save command.
