Changes from 0.2.9 to 0.3.1: - Fixed apply and populate scope settings when using loadbalancers. - Added failover/loadbalancing functions. - Adding an existing loadbalancing pool name is denied. - Adding a loadbalancer to a scope that has no ranges is denied. - Different failover declarations for primary and secondary servers. - Denies deleting the last range when a subnet has a failover and the server is activated. - Automatically Suggests a few standard values when adding new loadbalancers. - Added a verification tab for testing the lease file database or running commands such as ifconfig. - Automatically Suggests a few standard values for newly added scopes. - Added fgets checks for reads less then 2. - Added the ability to exit with the close buttons from the non-root sleep timer dialog. Updated the Swedish translation. - Extensive QA done.
