Install syslogd and klogd rc.d scripts. Update TODO. Update patches so will build correctly with newer kernel. Added two patches (one new file) so will build with new kernel. See: http://freestandards.org/pipermail/lsb-impl/2002-October/000466.html Also patch modified to fix some issue with restarting syslogd. See: http://www.geocrawler.com/mail/msg.php3?msg_id=6612801&list=709 Bump PKGREVISION.
