Initial addition of p5-Digest-SHA version 5.27 in the NetBSD Packages Collection. The Perl 5 module Digest::SHA is a complete implementation of the NIST Secure Hash Standard. It gives Perl programmers a convenient way to calculate SHA-1, SHA-224, SHA-256, SHA-384, and SHA-512 message digests. The module can handle all types of input, including partial-byte data.

Turn PERL5_PACKLIST into a relative path instead of an absolute path. These paths are now relative to PERL5_PACKLIST_DIR, which currently defaults to ${PERL5_SITEARCH}. There is no change to the binary packages.
