Importing devel/p5-constant 1.19 as dependency (constant >= 1.14) for scheduled update of net/p5-SOAP-Lite. Since 1.14 multiple constants are allowed. This pragma allows constants to be declared at compile-time. When a constant is used in an expression, Perl replaces it with its value at compile time, and may then optimize the expression further.
