The Digest::CRC module calculates CRC sums of all sorts. It contains wrapper functions with the correct parameters for CRC-CCITT, CRC-16 and CRC-32. [tv: This differs from p5-String-CRC32 in that it is a generic Digest.pm module plugin.]

Turn PERL5_PACKLIST into a relative path instead of an absolute path. These paths are now relative to PERL5_PACKLIST_DIR, which currently defaults to ${PERL5_SITEARCH}. There is no change to the binary packages.
