tex-tabu{,-doc}: update to 2.9 The contributed tabu package relied on patching internal interfaces of core latex packages and stopped working in recent LaTeX releases. The original author, Florent Chervet appears to be out of contact, and the package had not been updated since 2011. A "tabu-fixed" team has been set up at GitHub to make any immediate fixes required to make the package usable. Initially this consists of members of the LaTeX3 project.

Add tex-tabu-2.8: The package provides an environment, tabu, which will make any sort of tabular (that doesn't need to split across pages), and an environment longtabu which provides the facilities of tabu in a modified longtable environment. (Note that this latter offers an enhancement of ltxtable.)
