Revbump associated with ocaml 4.02.1. Also added the ocaml-tyxml option which compiles in tyxml (and react) support.

Import js_of_ocaml-1.2 as devel/js_of_ocaml. Packaged by Jaap Boender. Js_of_ocaml is a compiler of OCaml bytecode to Javascript. It makes it possible to run OCaml programs in a Web browser.

Updated js_of_ocaml to latest version, 2.5. Package now uses ocaml.mk.
