Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Initial import of mlterm-2.0.0 into the NetBSD Packages Collection. mlterm is a Multi Lingual TERMinal emulator for X. It supports many character sets, many encodings, and many other decorative functions. Since mlterm retains character tables in memory to convert characters between UCS and other encodings, it consumes a lot of memory while running, so it's recommended that you open multiple ptys in one process. Provided in PR 15002 by Masao Uebayashi <uebayasi@soum.co.jp>, modified slightly by myself to use NetBSD's libtool, to correct slight wording difficulties in the description, and to generalise the hardcoded paths in Makefile.in files.

Update to 2.4.0. * #RRGGBB format is supported for specifying fg/bg color. * All color names defined in rgb.txt are available for specifying fg/bg color. * Bidi processing is improved for practical use.(Thanks to Nadim Shaikli) * Even if console applications don't support character combining, -J/--dyncomb option enables them to show combining characters correctly. * Shortcut keys for scrolling which are not compatible with xterm are disabled by default. -q/--extkey option enables them. * And many monor bus are fixed. Also, enable anti-alias configure option suggested by Rui-Xiang Guo in pkg/16042.

Add -R option in linking, so that scrollbar modules can be loaded dynamically. Noted by Naoki Fukaumi on tech-pkg-ja@jp.NetBSD.org. While here, replace sed/mv with SUBST_* and make them fix more files. Bump PKGREVISION.

Initial import of mlterm-2.0.0 into the NetBSD Packages Collection. mlterm is a Multi Lingual TERMinal emulator for X. It supports many character sets, many encodings, and many other decorative functions. Since mlterm retains character tables in memory to convert characters between UCS and other encodings, it consumes a lot of memory while running, so it's recommended that you open multiple ptys in one process. Provided in PR 15002 by Masao Uebayashi <uebayasi@soum.co.jp>, modified slightly by myself to use NetBSD's libtool, to correct slight wording difficulties in the description, and to generalise the hardcoded paths in Makefile.in files.
