Update gnome-panel to 2.0.11. Changes since 2.0.10: - Added new translations: am, be. - Removed calls to gconf_client_suggest_sync since this synching is not necessary. Performance analysis highlighted that gnome-panel was causing >100 syncs to happen (with ~10 items in the panel). Patch provided by Juan RP in PR pkg/19418, with some minor changes by me. While I'm here, change my email address to the netbsd one.

Use the omf.mk file provided by the scrollkeeper package to automatically rebuild the documentation database at install/deinstall time. This means that: - PLIST's do not need to call scrollkeeper-{update,rebuilddb} directly; this is done by a bsd.pkg.install.mk template. - The share/omf directory is only removed by scrollkeeper, which is the last package in the dependancy tree. - PKGREVISION is bumped. Reviewed by wiz.
