Reimport of package p5-Text-Kakasi from japanese/p5-Text-Kakasi into textproc/p5-Text-Kakasi. This is part of the japanese category retirement. CATEGORIES and pathnames to japanese/ adjusted.

Text::Kakasi - Kakasi library module for perl.
This is a module to use Kakasi, which is a language processing
filter to convert Kanji characters to Hiragana, Katakana or
Roman alphabetic Japanese, from perl.
