Initial import of libmms-0.3 from pkgsrc-wip, packaged by jfranz at bsdprojects dot net. LibMMS aims to be a common mms:// and mmsh:// (Microsoft streaming protocols) parsing library, licensed under LGPL.

Update libmms to 0.6.
