Install pdftexi2dvi and texi2pdf again. Bump PKGREVISION. Suggest installing pdftex/pdflatex for PDF support. Based on suggestion from Jeremy C. Reed and patch by Aleksey Cheusov. Remove EXTRACT_SUFX, it was at its default.

For PDF support, please install pdftex/pdflatex (included in
print/tex-pdftex and print/tex-latex-bin, respectively).
