Bump the PKGREVISION for all packages which depend directly on perl, to trigger/signal a rebuild for the transition 5.8.8 -> 5.10.0. The list of packages is computed by finding all packages which end up having either of PERL5_USE_PACKLIST, BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.perl, or PERL5_PACKLIST defined in their make setup (tested via "make show-vars VARNAMES=...").

Initial import of p5-Devel-Cover version 0.64 in the NetBSD Packages Collection. The Perl 5 module Devel::Cover provides code coverage metrics for Perl. Code coverage metrics describe how thoroughly tests exercise code. By using Devel::Cover you can discover areas of code not exercised by your tests and determine which tests to create to increase coverage. Code coverage can be considered as an indirect measure of quality.
