It would appear that changes are made to the distfile on the MASTER_SITE without updating the version number. Point MASTER_SITE at MASTER_SITE_BACKUP, as the backup sites contain the distfile that was originally checksummed, and update distinfo to have an SHA1 digest and distfile size.

+ move the distfile digest/checksum value from files/md5 to distinfo + move the patch digest/checksum values from files/patch-sum to distinfo
