Recursive PKGREVISION bump for all packages mentioning 'perl', having a PKGNAME of p5-*, or depending such a package, for perl-5.22.0.

Import Bytes::Random::Secure-0.26 as security/p5-Bytes-Random-Secure. Bytes::Random::Secure provides two interfaces for obtaining crypto-quality random bytes. The simple interface is built around plain functions. For greater control over the Random Number Generator's seeding, there is an Object Oriented interface that provides much more flexibility.
