* Move info file entrise to PLIST. * Remove patch-ac which patched the Makefile to install the example config file into the examples directory and replace with an appropriate INSTALL_MAKE_FLAGS setting. * Remove SUBST_FILES setting and replace with a patch. This will make merges with future updates easier. * Fix the location of the example configuration file to match where it's actually installed. Now, the file will actually be copied over during POST-INSTALL.

lib/libcob.la
Strip ${PKGLOCALEDIR} from PLISTs of packages that already obey PKGLOCALEDIR and which install their locale files directly under ${PREFIX}/${PKGLOCALEDIR} and sort the PLIST file entries. From now on, pkgsrc/mk/plist/plist-locale.awk will automatically handle transforming the PLIST to refer to the correct locale directory.
