Update ocrad to 0.18. Initial import of ocrad-0.13: GNU Ocrad is an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program based on a feature extraction method. It reads a bitmap image in pbm or pgm formats and produces text in byte (8-bit) or UTF-8 formats. Ocrad includes a layout analyser able to separate the columns or blocks of text normally found on printed pages.

* Nuke all references to and definitions of INFO_DIR in package Makefiles and replace with appropriate references to PKGINFODIR instead. * Properly account for split info files during installation. * Move info file listings directly into the package PLISTs. This fixes info-file-related PLIST problems.
