Update check to 0.9.8. Based on PR#43757 by Kamel Derouiche. Tue, Sep 22, 2009: Released Check 0.9.8 based on r559 (2009-09-23 21:00). * Fix CHECK_MICRO_VERSION, left at 6 in 0.9.7 by mistake. Tue, Sep 22, 2009: Released Check 0.9.7 based on r552 (2009-09-22 09:26). * Added CK_SUBUNIT support for outputting test information in the subunit wire protocol. See the check manual for more information. (Contributed by Robert Collins). * Added code and tests for timeout scaling via environment variable. Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no developer is officially maintaining the package. The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by submitting patches to the mailing list). Since the folks most likely to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't developers.
