Reintroduce TclpCreateDirectory for the benefit of tcl-scotty. Comment indicates it was here earlier, now apparently scheduled to be replaced by TclpObjCreateDirectory, but this will have to do as a workaround for now. 2004-05-13 14:57:42 +02:00
