Asnap is the ancestor of xsnap, a program which allows one

to take a "snapshot" of a region of the screen. Asnap adds the
|
||
|
|
ability to save the image in either "xwd" or "ATK raster" format,
|
||
|
|
and this can be done none-interactively as well.
