* fixes missing linkage with iconv.
* Add function to generate new CSV file from adding costs and left/right context
ID of CVS for user's dictionary.
* Add Lattice::set_result() method for generated analysis result to Lattice
2013-01-24 MeCab 0.995
* Reimplementation of partial analysis function
* Add API for partial analysis function (Lattice:set_boundary_constrant,
Lattice::set_feature_constranit)
2012-01-27 MeCab 0.993
* Fix to works well for MeCab::Tagger::formatNode()
* To reduce stack size, save almost of local variables(arrays) to heap.
2012-01-14 MeCab 0.992
* Fix typos in source codes.
2012-01-14 MeCab 0.991

* Fix failure for creation of user dictionaries.
2011-12-24 MeCab 0.99
* Add MeCab::Model MeCab::Lattice classes.
Improve usabilities on multi threads environment. Multiple threads can parse
with shareing same dictionary.
* Remove function for automatic dictionary reference share when refereing same
dictionaly (You can do same works with MeCab::Model).
* Add function for atomic dictionaly update in parsing. Model::swap()
* Change Windows version to Unicode binary.
* Remove experimental online learning, HMM and EM learning codes.
* Remove MeCab::Node:(begin|end)_node_list members.
* minor bug fixes.

* UTF16 support (experimental)
* On Windows, changed to use Native API (ex. MultiByteToWideChar) for
codeset conversion.
* Convert source code to Google coding style.
* Add EON (end of N-best) format option (-S or --eon-format)
* Fixes problems hankaku-kana handling on Shift-JIS environment
* support online leraning (experimental)
* Now buildable without -Wno-deprecated
* and some small fixes.
This changes the buildlink3.mk files to use an include guard for the
recursive include. The use of BUILDLINK_DEPTH, BUILDLINK_DEPENDS,
BUILDLINK_PACKAGES and BUILDLINK_ORDER is handled by a single new
variable BUILDLINK_TREE. Each buildlink3.mk file adds a pair of
enter/exit marker, which can be used to reconstruct the tree and
to determine first level includes. Avoiding := for large variables
(BUILDLINK_ORDER) speeds up parse time as += has linear complexity.
The include guard reduces system time by avoiding reading files over and
over again. For complex packages this reduces both %user and %sys time to
half of the former time.
Pkgsrc changes:
* fix some pkglint warining
* add DESTDIR support.
Changes:
* Fix a bug of exclusive control when dictionary is opened in MultiThreading environment.
* When installing the Windows version, it came to be able to specify the character-code of the dictionary.
* Fix a problem that was not able to be compiled correctly by some compilers.
* Add API that changes partial, analytical mode (Tagger::set_partial())
* Add API that changes generation level of lattice (Tagger::set_lattice_level())
* Add API that changes temperature parameter (Tagger::set_theta())
* Add API that changes all candidate output mode (Tagger::set_all_morphs())
then automatically generate a PLIST that says "${PKGNAME} has no files".
* If PLIST_SRC and GENERATE_PLIST are not set in a package Makefile,
and no PLIST files exist, then fail during the package build with
PKG_FAIL_REASON.
* Remove "intentionally empty" PLISTs again.
Now, the easy way to say that a package installs no files is to just
add the following to the package Makefile:
PLIST_SRC= # empty
that directly manipulate empty PLISTs.
Modify plist/plist.mk so that if the PLIST files are missing and no
GENERATE_PLIST is defined, then the package fails to build.
