Various changes from 2.0.13, most obvious of which appears to be that
RT no longer causes problems with the HTML::Mason in pkgsrc.
Also add a note as to how to get an Apache configuration which does not
ignore POSTs. Still some configuration issues, but we are now _nearly_
working without some small hacking, as opposed to completely broken.
* New manual page
* spamprobe.cc (process_stream): Added -o tokenized option
to allow people to use an external tokenizer with spamprobe.
* SpamFilter.cc (scoreToken): Reduced sorting overhead by
pre-computing and integer sort value with sorting priorities
reflected in the value. This eliminates several calculations
inside of the sort routine.
* SpamFilter.cc (computeRatio): Capped ratios in calculations to
within MIN_PROB and MAX_PROB. Widened that range. This avoids
problems with div/0 and makes it easier to sort terms.
* spamprobe.cc (dump_words): dump command can now optionally
accept a regular expression as an argument and will only dump
terms matching the regular expression.
(purge_terms): Added purge-terms command to purge from the
database all terms matching a regular expression.

Bruce J.A. Nourish for pkgsrc-wip. Thank you, Bruce.
mini_httpd is a small HTTP server. Its performance is not great, but for
low or medium traffic sites it's quite adequate. It implements all the
basic features of an HTTP server, including:
* GET, HEAD, and POST methods.
* CGI.
* Basic authentication.
* Security against ".." filename snooping.
* The common MIME types.
* Trailing-slash redirection.
* index.html, index.htm, index.cgi
* Directory listings.
* Multihoming / virtual hosting.
* Standard logging.
* Custom error pages.
It can also be configured to do SSL/HTTPS and IPv6.

From the release notes:
This version corrects a flaw in 0.9.2 (and all earlier versions of the
server) which may allow an attacker to DoS the server.
The bug does not look to be easily exploitable, as it overwrites the
heap (not the stack), and any exploit code must be in the form of a
valid RADIUS packet.
We strongly recommend that all users of FreeRADIUS upgrade to 0.9.3.

pkgsrc-wip.
JpGraph is an OO class library for PHP (ver >=4.04) JpGraph makes it easy to
draw both "quick and dirty" graphs with a minimum of code and complex
professional looking graphs which requires a very fine grain of control. The
library assigns context sensitive default values for most parameters which
helps minimize the learning curve.
The only requirement is that the PHP installation needs to have the GD
library setup correctly (most PHP installations do).

* Don't use <sys/select.h> any more, it was a mistake made in pre-1.0

the error to show up.
