Bump PKGREVISION.

Our animation support is more a hack than something else, and I
would prefer to remove it rather than enabling it :)
Maybe in the future, Gtk+ will provide better API for animations,
and we could write a better approach, which uses less CPU cycles
for example.

While here, commit an update that has been laying here for a while.
This should depend on the latest gtk2 to avoid a deadlock when using
SVG themes. So bump PKGREVISION to 1.
