Package nginx-devel: missing distfile nginx_http_push_module-0.692.tar.gz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Import ruby-multipart-post-1.1.5 as www/ruby-multipart-post.
Use with Net::HTTP to do multipart form posts. IO values that have
#content_type, #original_filename, and #local_path will be posted as a binary
file.
